Project Manager (Educational):
The candidate will toe responsible for exploration of training projects with govt, semi govt. & other organizations throughout Pakistan. He will also be responsible for preparation of Expressions of Interest (EOI) and project proposals.
Qualification: M.Sc/ MBA In Project Management.
Experience: 5-7 years relevant experience in the field of Education.
Project Coordinator (ICT in School Education):
The candidate will be responsible to actively coordinate with stakeholders, regional offices, schools, universities & vendors for various ICT in education projects, compilation of reports, compilation of digitai resource bank, ensuring timely execution of projects, events and other departmental activities.
Qualification: Master in management / MBA with strong IT background.
Experience: 3-5 years experience as a project coordinator in any reputable school system.
Research Associate (ICT In School Education):
The candidate will be responsible for research & development Of ICT in Education, surveys, review & comparative analysis of learning management systems, designing framework for AFAQ digital repositary, ICT training workshops for teachers, quality conformance of AFAQ digital resources.
Qualification: M.Sc/ Physics / Chemistry / Biology / M.A ELM with B.Ed or M.Ed with strong IT background.
Experience: 3-5 years experience as a school teacher / ICT Coordinator.
Manager Training & Development (Research):
The candidate will he responsible for development & reviewing training manuals, developing training need assessments tools, monitoring and evaluation tools and also responsible for manual development projects.
Qualification: M.Sc / MA English / M.A Education / MA ELM with B.Ed or M.Ed (M. Phill or Ph.D will be preferred).
Experience: 6-8 years experience in manual development or in the field of training.
Assistant Manager (Assessment Evaluation):
The candidate will toe responsible for assessment & evaluation of training programs, evaluation of trainers performance, analyzing training need assessments and preparing TNA reports.
Qualification: MBA/ M.Sc / M.A English / M.A Education / M.A ELM with B.Ed or M.Ed.
Experience: 5-7 years experience in the relevant field.
