We are a national organization working for control of Tuberculosis in Pakistan. We have openings for the following positions:

1.    Regional Coordinator (Karachi)

Responsibilities/Specifications:

Manage and supervise regional TB Project Team for case detection/trainings/chest camps and other project activities. Implement national guidelines, organizational policies, procedures and systems in the region.

Masters/Graduate, preferably MBBS and/or MPH with minimum two years of experience in managing community health projects. Candidate must have excellent communication, administrative and managerial skills.

2.    Assistant Manager Community Health (Karachi, Lahore, Bahawalpur, Rawalpindi)

Responsibilities/Specifications:

Identify, recruit, train and follow potential Health Care Providers for TB Project Network & provide technical support. Manage chest camps, identify TB patients and support field teams. Medical graduate with excellent presentation and training skills. Clinical experience in general/chest medicine and extensive travelling will be required.

3.    Community Health Officer (Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Lahore, Gujrat, Sheikhupura, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Bahawalpur, Bahawalnagar, Muzaffargarh, Rahim Yar Khan, Peshawar)

Responsibilities/Specifications:

Help identify TB suspects by conducting community awareness sessions & contact tracing and refer them to the clinics & labs, ensuring follow-up and treatment completion. Meet doctors & arrange data management. Preferably a graduate with good knowledge of regional languages I local territories and prior working experience of community health projects, specially in child health. Must have own conveyance.

4.    MIS Officer (Karachi, Lahore, Bahawalpur, Islamabad)

Responsibilities/Specifications:

Data management & entry of project activities into MIS application and generating reports, inventory management and day-to-day troubleshooting & office administration. Graduate with minimum one year relevant experience. Excellent typing speed and command of MS-Office skills are mandatory.

5.    Project Assistant (Islamabad)

Responsibilities/Specifications:

Support the program unit in routine programmatic & administrative matters including follow-ups, event management, project filing, compiling reports and presentations. Graduate with 2 years of experience in supporting program and administration. Good communication skills and command of MS-Office package. Prior experience of project management will be preferred.

6.    Admin & Finance Officer (Karachi, Islamabad)

Responsibilities/Specifications:

Prepare, check and process miscellaneous expenses/vouchers & reimbursements/payments; maintain petty cash, bank reconciliation, record-keeping and handling administrative tasks. B.Com with minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role with good command of MS-Office and customized financial applications.

7.    Assistant Manager – IT (Islamabad)

Responsibilities/Specifications:

Responsible for coordination, data management and compiling reports at national level for analysis and reporting. Identify, diagnose & troubleshoot hardware, software problems. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/IT with minimum 2 years’ hands-on experience of configuring hardware/network setups, software installations/configuration and troubleshooting.

8.    Childhood TB Coordinator (Islamabad)

Responsibilities/Specifications:

Responsible for implementation of childhood TB intervention at national level. Achievement of targets and execution of strategies and liaison with district/provincial TB control authorities. Monitor the project interventions and manage administrative/financial/data aspects and produce reports. The candidate shall be MBBS and or MPH or Masters in Social Sciences with 3-5 years’ operations experience in a managerial role, with excellent communication, team management and data management skills. Involves extensive travelling.

9.    Drivers (Karachi, Bahawalpur, Islamabad)

Responsibilities/Specifications:

Valid license and 5 years’ driving experience, preferably with reputable organizations. Ideal candidate will be a Matriculate with good communication skills.

10.     Office Boy (Islamabad)

Responsibilities/Specifications:

Office support & maintenance, office cleaning, visitors handling, gate pass dealing & logistic support. Primary school-passed with office working experience would be preferred.

11.     Project Coordinator – Pharmacy (Islamabad)

Responsibilities/Specifications:

Responsible for management and meeting the assigned targets of the Pharmacy Engagement Project at the national level. Execution of strategies and monitoring & reporting of the field staff performance along with excellent liaison with stakeholders. Also manage administrative and financial aspects of the Pharmacy Project as per guidelines.

The candidate should preferably be a pharmacist and/or Master’s in Social Sciences with 2-3 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably with medical background. Excellent communication, computer and data management skills along with willingness for extensive travelling are the mandatory requirements.

12.     Pharmacy Project Supervisors (Hyderabad, Sukkur, Lahore, Gujrat, Sheikhupura, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Bahawalpur, Bahawalnagar, Muzaffargarh, Rahim Yar Khan, Peshawar)

Responsibilities/Specifications:

Responsible for implementation in the field of Pharmacy Engagement intervention in selected districts involving local pharmacies. This involves mapping, training and development of referrals mechanism to a nearby facility along with strong follow-up of engaged pharmacies data collection and reporting as per assigned tasks and guidelines. Preferably a Pharmacy graduate with a medical-related background like nurse/medical assistant, prior experience of community-related work and/or a pharmaceutical company. Willingness to travel extensively and having own conveyance is necessary since it is a field-based position.

13.     MIS officers – Pharmacy (Karachi. Lahore, Bahawalpur, Sukkur, Peshawar, Islamabad)

Responsibilities/Specifications:

Data management & entry of the project activities into the MIS application and generating reports. Handling of administrative tasks regarding trainings, record-keeping and expenses/vouchers etc. Graduate with minimum one year’s relevant experience. Excellent typing speed, preferably 35 wpm and command of MS-Office skills are mandatory.
