BSc Civil Engineering • Masters in relative field (Additional Qualification)        Min 6-10 Years    •    Develop policies and procedure to support the achievement of the proj objective  •    Establish work plan and staffing for each phase of proj  •    Responsible for supervision of all consultants, sub-contractors and operations to ensure quality maximum and productivity.

Planning Engr    3    •    BSc  Civil Engineering  •    Masters in relative field (Additional Qualification)    Multiple cities    Min 5 Years    •    Coordinating information for creating unique Program for individual Projects using primavera p6.  •    Preparation of Project Budget & Calculation of detailed man-hours, machine hours.  •    Compilation of monthly progress report. Reporting to the Project Manager regarding resource utilization & optimization.

Manager/Dy. Manager (Fin)    6    ACCA/CA/ MBA Fin or equivalent        Min 5-10 Years    •    To prepare and finalize overall financial in accordance with IFRS (Inter Financial Reporting Standards) and IAS (International Acct Standards).  •    To prepare and submit management reports regarding financial matters as required by management.  •    To liaise with external Auditor to carry out / conduct yearly External Audit.

Dy. Manager /Manager (Technical)    1    •    BE (Civil),  •    Masters in relevant field (Additional qualification)        Min 5-6 Years    •    Should be proficient in handling primavera 6.  •    Preparation of proj budget, proj cash flow compilation of monthly progress reports.  •    Handling of road construction projects would be an additional advantage.
