Grade Refrigeration LLC requires Admin Accountant for Lahore, Pakistan.

The Admin Accountant will perform a variety of administrative and accounting duties to support the General Manager to ensure effective and efficient office operation.

Duties include but not limited to:
– Answering phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages;
– Attend meetings to record minutes if and when necessary; Compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by the General Manager;
– File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports;
– Make travel arrangements for the General Manager and employees;
– Participate in the selection of staff; provide or coordinate staff training;
– Work with employees to correct deficiencies Prepares monthly staff payroll Handles payables Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management database systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work;
– Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software;
– Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution. -Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems;
– Establish tables of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts;
– Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards;
– Provide internal auditing support;

Requirements:
– Pakistani National Male Candidates only 28-38 years old.
– Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting.
– 5+ years of experience in similar role.
– Must be good in English verbal and written communication.
– Must have basic knowledge of accounting fundamentals or bookkeeping.
– Must be knowledgeable in word processing, spread sheets, and able to set up data bases.
– Must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to quickly establish a rapport with people.
