The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) is established as an autonomous body under Chartered Accountants Ordinance 1961 (the Ordinance). ICAP strives to promote professional excellence, provides best services to its stakeholders and safeguards public interest.
Moving ahead in this direction, ICAP is looking to induct bright and energetic individuals for following positions at ICAP:
The candidate should be Chartered Accountant along with at least 2 years post qualification experience or MBA from a leading university along with at least 4-5 years post qualification experience with a professional accounting firm or leading educational institute. He/She should have flair for education and research and have good writing skills.
2. HEAD OF ADMINISTRATION (SAFETY & SECURITY)
The candidate should be Bachelors (4 years) from a well-reputed university/institute along with 5 to 7 years of experience working as a functional head in related area with a reputed organization. The candidate should have excellent organizational, administrative; problem solving and derision making skills.
Preference will be given to candidates with armed forces background.
3. ASSISTANT MANAGER EDUCATION STRAINING
The candidate will be responsible for assisting in matters related to education & training. The ideal incumbent will assist in monitoring compliance with various education & training policies of the Institute.
The candidate should be a MBA or Masters from a well-reputed and recognized university/institute with 2-3 years experience. Candidates with experience in educational sector will be given preference.
4. ASSISTANT MANAGER
[01 POSITION EACH FOR HYDERABAD AND ABBOTTABAD]
The candidate will be responsible for coordinating the administrative activities relating to students, education and examinations. He/She will assist in arranging seminars/workshops for the members in the vicinity.
The ideal candidate should be MBA/MPA/Masters along with 1-2 years of work experience in handling students’affairs and general administration.
5. ASSISTANT MANAGER TECHNICAL SERVICES
The candidate will be responsible for conducting research and developing working papers for various technical committees.
He/She will facilitate immediate supervisor in various tasks of the department.
The ideal candidate should be CA Finalist with good knowledge of accounting, auditing, taxation and corporate laws. The candidate must be excellent in communication and report writing skills with flair for research work.
6. ASSISTANT MANAGER INTERNAL AUDIT
The candidate will be responsible to assist Head of Audit in developing, organizing and implementing risk based internal audit program; and to evaluate information security and associated risk exposures.
The candidate should be CA Finalist along with 2 to 3 years post qualification experience. Candidates with CISA certification will be given preference.
7. SENIOR OFFICER HUMAN RESOURCES
The candidate will be responsible for providing support in daily HR operations and oversee day-to-day HR activities.
The candidate should be MBA preferably in HR from a reputed university with 2 to 3 years of experience in HR operations, Policy development HR projects, recruitment, training & employee relations. The candidate should have excellent people’s skills along with good organizational and communication skills.
The candidate will be responsible for assisting in matters related to conduct of examination.
The candidate should be freshly qualified Master’s Degree holder in the discipline of Mathematics / Statistics / Economics / English Literature from a reputed university. Knowledge regarding Information Systems and Computer Hardware will be an added advantage.
9. SECRETARIAL SUPPORT
The candidate must be a Commerce Graduate from HEC recognized university/institute with 2 to 3 years of Secretarial experience in a reputable organization. The candidate should be excellent in Microsoft Office. The role would ideally suit an individual who has good communication & interpersonal skills. Preference will be given to candidates having O/A level background.
