Senior Executive Partners and Direct Channels job is available in a leading telecom company of pakistan to server at its Islamabad office. The candidate must hold MBA or Equivalent degree with minimum 5-6 years of experience in similar job role and have a good understanding of the Channel Development business. Senior Executive Partners and Direct Channels will be responsible for Development & management of Alternate Sales Channels with external partners and alignment of partner channel with company policies.

Responsible for partner channel planning & development
Develop and drive partner sales channel strategy/plan that ensures achievement of company’s sales and revenue objectives
Provisioning of ad-hoc requirements on planning and execution
Ensuring KHI management and follow-up with regions on the same
Ensuring KHI benchmark for commission disbursement across regions
Ensuring KPI refinement, KPI setting and calculation
Ensuring interdepartmental coordination on regional and departmental level (IT, Finance, HR, System Development, Procurement)
Commission refinement, processing channel commissions and sales staff commissions (end to end calculation to final disbursement)
Responsible for overall channel reporting and analysis through studying sales trends, traffic patterns and other related reports to find out sales trends and capability of various partner sales channels
Responsible for conducting Pre to Post analysis for all initiatives
Responsible for creating and executing partner channel promos
Developing promotional campaigns for the partner channel sales team
Ensures process refinement for partner channel sales
Responsible for SOP development
Responsible for conducting channel operations
Ensuring system development and automation
Ensuring channel capability enhancement by conducting sales staff training
Complaint management resolution of TATs
Effectively manage channel-related queries and technical problems of the regional sales staff and channel partners to their utmost satisfaction
