Assistant Manager – Service Quality
Focus on service quality through introduction of dedicated resources to implement SQ standards and monitor SQ benchmarks / IQMs and conduct Customer surveys, spot checks, mystery shopping and trainings. Review front and back-end processes to improve TAT, productivity and service quality for both external and internal customers.
