Responsible for the Accounts Payable of AKU and AKHMCF, Financial Statements and External Audit of AKU, Risk and Compliance of AKU and AKHMCF entities, ERP Finance, Construction projects reporting and General Administration of Finance Department operations.
Responsible for Local currency and foreign currency Accounts Payable of AKU and AKHMCF Operations.
Responsible for coordination and finalisation of external audit of AKU entities in Pakistan, UK, EA and USA.
Supervise Risk and Compliance Section of AKU and AKHMCF.
Monitoring of monthly, quarterly and annual closing of Financials and circulation of Financial Statements for various reporting.Monitoring of ERP Financial by coordinating with IT for support, review of various processes for on-going improvement.
General Administration function of Finance Department based in off-site including transport, food service, general repair and maintenance, security and IT related requirements.
Supervise Finance Department records for all years as per the local laws and institutional policy, this includes payment vouchers, JVs, contracts, invoices, debit notes etc.
Training and development of staff.
CA / CMA / ACCA / CIMA or MBA from reputable university with majors in Finance.
A minimum of 5 years working experience in a management position.
Have sound knowledge of overall financial systems.
Should be able to multitask and think out of the box.
Possess exemplary interpersonal communication and report writing skills.
Able to motivate team and command respect.
Proficiency in computers especially MS Office, particularly MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint tool is required.
Ability to work under pressure and meet stringent timelines.
