An ideal candidate should possess strong understanding of ITIL and ITSM Standards including Incident Management, Request Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Capacity Management.
• Hands on experience SCCM, WSUS and Symantec Antivirus Configurations/Troubleshooting
• Strong Knowledge of Network, Telecom (PRI, PABX, IP Phone) and Desktop Support
• Thorough Understanding of IPHONE/IPAD Configurations Good Verbal & Written Communication Skills
• Good Inter-Personal and People Management Skills
