Receive, direct and relay telephone calls and messages.
1. Assists with other related clerical duties such as but not limited to photocopying, faxing and filing.
2. Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website and other related information
3. Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
4. Responsible to align pick-up and delivery of courier services (FedEx, TCS, and DHL, etc.) and keep a record of every IN and OUT move.
5. Assist in preparation of meetings and greet to guests.
6. Respond to general inquiries on call and visitors too.
7. Provide word-processing and secretarial support
8. Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible
9. Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required
10. Greet, assist and/or direct students, visitors and the general public
