Project Management Unit PMU Job Islamabad, Training and Communication Coordinator, Epidemiologist
A public sector organization requires following staff for its Project Management Unit (PMU) in Islamabad to implement internationally funded grant in selective districts of Balochistan, FATA, KPK and Sindh.
1. Asset Management Coordinator: (Open) Post-01
Qualification & Experience: MBA/ Pharmacy/Master degree in Procurement and Management from recognized University. 5 Years Experience In any reputable organization. Well versed with government procedures regarding procurement. Experience of working with international and national organizations and government agencies. Strong organizational, interpersonal & communication skills. Report Writing. Computer literacy. Good leadership skills.
2. Deputy Finance Manager: (Open) Post-01
Qualification & Experience: M. Com or MBA Finance with bachelors in commerce. CA Inter/ ACMA/ ACCA/CPA with 5 years of experience In any reputable organization Article ship from reputable Chartered Accountants from would be an added advantage completed. A “Can do” and service oriented attitude. Excellent management and communications skills. Ability to work independently to a high professional standard Sensitive to the cultural & political environment. Fluent spoken & written English language. Having ability to work in emergency situation.
3. Provincial Coordinator: (Sindh-1, KPK/FATA-1, Balochistan-1) Post-03
Qualification & Experience: MBBS/MPH. 6 years experience in the health sector. Experience of working with international and national organizations and government agencies. Strong organizational, interpersonal & communication skills. Report Writing .Ability to work well under unstable security environments, and/or administrative and programmatic pressures. Computer literacy, Good leadership skills. Willingness to travel extensively.
4. Training and Communication Coordinator: (Open) Post-01
Qualification & Experience: MD/MBBS and Masters Degree in Public Hearth or other related area Demonstrated skills, experience, and knowledge in malaria. 5-7 years experience of working in the public health. Experience, knowledge and skills of effective capacity building and behaviour change communication. Ability to analyze information, evaluate options and to think and plan strategically Experience managing a team, and the ability to lead, motivate and develop others. Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. Fluency in written and spoken English. Commitment to and understanding of DOMC aims, values and principles. Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as assigned.
5. Monitoring and Evaluation Manager: (Open) Post-01
Qualification & Experience: A Medical doctor (Basic medical qualification MBBS/MD) with master degree in Public Health or equivalent qualification from recognized university. Minimum 5 years public hearth experience including 2 years of mandatory service in public /private care facility at PHC level. 3 Years of post-graduation work experience in monitoring the Global Fund funded programs of HIV.TB and Malaria Experience ol designing HIS tools or involvement in M&E or information system development Mandatory training for monitoring public hearth projects/ programs, use of data bases. Analytical knowledge and skills in report writing, data analysis using SPSS or any other data analysis tools/ software. The incumbent should possess firsthand knowledge in designing and planning community and facility level epidemiological survey for impact evaluation of health projects. Should be well versed with epidemiological investigation. forecasting and early warning of impending malaria outbreaks.
6. Monitoring and Evaluation Officer: (Balochistan-1, FATA-1) Post-02
Qualification & Experience: MBBS/MPH/social Sciences from recognized University. With minimum 3 years public health experience as monitoring and evaluation officer, t year experience in monitoring the Global Fund programs. Analytical knowledge skills in report writing, data analysis using SPSS or any other data analysis tools/software. Must possess the first hand knowledge of impact evaluation of health projects and well versed with epidemiological investigation, forecasting and early warning.
7. Epidemiologist: (Open) Post-01
Qualification & Experience: MBBS/BDS with Masters degree in public health or epidemiology. at least 5 Years of experience in using SPSS, or other statistical package for the analysis of data, preparing annual reports and supervise scientific researches. The incumbent may be required to travel for Held outbreak investigating in intervention Districts.
