Join Rescue 1122 to save lives
Applications are invited from suitable candidates tor vacancies in Punjab Emergency Service (Rescue 1122) functional in all 36 Districts and 15 Tehsils of Punjab. The National Testing Service has been assigned to conduct tests for recruitment against following positions:-
1. Rescue & Safety Officer (BPS-16)
Qualification: M.Sc in Environmental Sciences / Psychology or BS-Honors in (Emergency / Intensive Care) (atleast 2″ Division) from recognized university OR five years experience as AS.I / Station Coordinator with Health & Safety Diploma / Certification from recognized university / institution. Experience in the line shall be preferred.
2. Station Coordinator (BPS-14)
Qualification: BSc or BCS or BA (Atleast 2nd division from a recognized institution with diploma of Associate Engineering/ Paramedical Diploma from Medical Faculty or PVTC or TEVTA or 5 years experience as Shift Incharge (CMO) with Health & Safety Diploma/ Certification from recognized institution. experience in the line shall be preferred.
3. Shift Incharge (BPS-12)
Qualification: B. Com or FSc or ICS or D. Com or Diploma in Associate Engineering (at least 2nd division) or Paramedical diploma from Medical Faculty or PVTC or TEVTA 5 years experience as (EMT, DR, CTWO,OCO) in emergency service.
4. Emergency Medical Technician (BPS-11)
Qualification: Paramedical diploma from medical faculty or PVTC or TEVTA.
5. Fire Rescuer (BPS-11)
Qualification: Diploma of Associate Engineering (Chemical, Electronics, Mining, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Telecommunication, Architecture) from recognized technical board/ institution. Swimmers will be preferred.
6. Computer Telephone Wireless Operator (BPS-11)
Qualification: B. Com/ D. Com or DAE (Computer sciences) with 2nd division from a recognized institution. Must be computer literate with typing speed of 30 WPM.
7. Maintenance Technician (BPS-11)
Qualification: Diploma in Associate Engineering (Auto Electrician/ Mechanical/ Auto Diesel), Practical experience in the line shall be preferred.
8. Rescue Driver (BPS-04)
Qualification: Middle with LTV/ HTV license. (Preference shall be given to those who are matriculate). 2 years van driving experience.
9. Field Worker / Cook (BPS-02)
Qualification: Retired army Personnel with relevant experience.
10. Sweeper (BPS-01)
Qualification: Preferably literate.
