GOVERNMENT OF THE PUNJAB
Government of the Punjab, Finance Department intends to hire multi-disciplinary qualified professionals with management experience to fill different positions in the Debt Management Unit, Finance Department. The Debt Management Unit has been established within Finance Department to improve debt management functions.
The Debt Management Unit invites applications from eligible candidates having the following qualification & experience in the relevant field:-

1. Debt Management Specialist (01) i) MBA (Finance /MSc Finance/CFA/CA from a HEC recognized university. ii) A minimum of 8 years’ experience, including experience in one or more of the following areas:- a. Investment Banking or Investment Management in a government or international organization; b. Public debt policy including debt management strategy formulation and implementation; c. Risk management frameworks and financial analysis; d. Market knowledge related to development of domestic debt market and functioning of international capital markets. e. Experience in designing Medium Term Debt Management Strategy is preferable. 30-45
2. Financial Analyst (02) i) MBA (Finance/MSc Finance/CFA/CA from a HEC recognized university. ii) Having at least five (5) years’ experience in relevant field from public sector/private sector or an international organization. iii) Proficient in the use of MS Office particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint. 30-45
3. Data Manager (01) i) B.A/B.Sc. from a recognized university. ii) Having at least seven (7) years’ experience in the relevant field. iii) Proficient in the use of MS Office particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint. 2545
4. Office Assistant (01) Graduation (Second Division) from a recognized university. 18-30
The above positions are offered for a period of three years renewable contract under employment of the Government of the Punjab. Remuneration for the posts will be market based.
