INTERIM TEMPORARY ENGAGEMENT OF EXPERTS, PROFESSIONALS, TECHNICAL PERSONS AND OTHER PERSONNEL 

Applications are invited from suitable candidate for purely temporary basis interim engagements for a fixed period of six (06) months on need basis only.  The prescribed eligibility criteria are mentioned against each as under-

2.    Financial Advisor (Audit & Accounts)    02    B.Com from a recognized university, having 20 years’ experience in relevant field and SAS / PIPFA qualified. Age: No limit

3.    Financial Advisor (Financial Resources)    02    Masters Degree in Business Administration alongwith 15 years’ experience in any relevant public sector body /institution. Age: No limit

4.    Senior Law Officer    02    Minimum L.L.B from a recognized University, having 15 years’ experience of working with any Government Department in the field of law and 05 years Law Practice at Bar. (Experience of working in any public sector Sports institution / body shall be preferred). Age: No Limit

5.    Superintending Engineer    01    B.Sc. Engineering (Civil) from a recognized University. Minimum 20 years’ experience of Building Construction in any Government Engineering Department and Managerial experience of at least 10 years on higher post in any Engineering Government Department. (Experience of working in any public sector Sports institution / body shall be preferred). Age: No Limit

6.    Executive Engineer / XEN    01    B.Sc. Engineering (Civil) from a recognized University. Minimum 20 years’ experience of Building Construction in any Government Engineering Department and Managerial experience of at least 10 years on higher post in any Engineering Government Department (Experience of working in any public sector Sports institution / body shall be preferred). Age: No Limit

7.    Consultant Human Resource Management    02    Master Degree in Business Administration / Human Resource Management from a recognized University, having 02 year experience in relevant field. (Experience of working in any public sector sports Institution / body shall be preferred). Age: 25 – 45 years

8.    Consultant Technical Issues    01    Masters Degree from a recognized University, having 02 year experience in relevant field. (Experience of working in any public sector sports Institution / body hall be preferred). Age: 25 – 45 years

9.    Information and Culture Advisor    02    Graduation alongwith minimum 05 years’ experience in the field of Journalism / Media (Experience of working in any public sector sports Institution / body hall be preferred). Age: 25 – 45 years

10.    Deputy Chief Manager    01    Masters Degree from a recognized University, having 02 year experience in relevant field. (Experience of working in any public sector sports Institution / body hall be preferred). Age: 25 – 45 years

11.    Accounts Consultant    03    B.Com / MBA (Finance) from a recognized university, having minimum 03 years related Experience. (Experience of working in any public sector sports Institution / body hall be preferred). Age: 25 – 45 years

12.    Faculty Liaison    03    B.A / B.Sc from a recognized University, having minimum 03 years relevant experience. (Experience of working in any public sector sports Institution / body hall be preferred). Age: 25 – 45 years

13.    Consultant (Finance)    01    Masters Degree in Economic / Finance from a recognized university, having 20 years’ experience in relevant field. (Experience of working in any public sector Institution / body hall be preferred) Age: No limit.

14.    Consultant (Planning)    01    Masters degree from recognized university, 25 Years in relevant field. (Experience of working in any public sector sports Institution / body hall be preferred). Age: No Limit

15.    Consultant International Sports Events    01    M.A or equivalent from a recognized University, having 02 year experience in relevant field. (Experience of working in any public sector sports Institution / body hall be preferred). Age: 25 – 45 years

16.    Boarding Officer (National Events)    01    B.A / B.Sc from a recognized University OR Intermediate with Sports achievements of minimum Winner of Provincial Level or All Pakistan Inter-University Competition in any game. Minimum 01 year experience in relevant field with good communication skills. (Experience of working in any public sector Sports institution / body shall be preferred). Age: 25-45 years

17.    Boarding Officer (International Events)    01    B.A / B.Sc from a recognized University, OR Intermediate with Sports achievements of minimum Winner of Provincial Level or All Pakistan Inter-University Competition in any game. Minimum 01 year experience in relevant field with good communication skills. (Experience of working in any public sector Sports institution / body shall be preferred). Age: 25-45 years

18.    Head Monitoring and Evaluation    01    BA/BSc from a recognized university alongwith minimum 02 years’ experience in relevant field (. (Experience of working in any public sector sports institution / body shall be preferred). Age: 25 – 55 years

19.    Monitoring and Evaluation Officer    01    Intermediate with Computer skills and typing speed 30 w.p.m. Minimum 01 year experience in relevant field. (Experience of working in any public sector Sports institution / body shall be preferred). Age: 22-35 years

20.    I.T Assistant Manager    03    BS I.T / EE / CS / Telecommunication from a recognized University. Minimum 01-year experience in relevant field. (Experience of working in any public sector Sports institution / body shall be preferred). Age: 20-35 years.

21.    Technical Officer (CCTV)    02    F.A/F.Sc with 03 Years relevant experience in CCTV cameras. OR DAE Electrical/Electronic with 02 Year relevant experience. Age: 20-35

22.    CCTV Operator    06    F.A /F.Sc with 02 Year relevant experience in CCTV cameras. OR DAE Electrical/Electronic with 01 Year relevant experience. Age: 20-35

23.    Sub Engineer (Civil)    02    DAE (Civil) Three years Diploma. Minimum 01 years experience in relevant field. (Experience of working in any public sector Sports institution / body shall be preferred). Age: 20-30

24.    Assistant Manager (Web Radio)    10    Graduation alongwith minimum 5 years’ experience in Web Radio ((Experience of working in any public sector Sports / Institution / Body shall be preferred). Age 25-45

25.    Data Base Professional    10    BA / BSc from a recognized University. Minimum 01 year experience in relevant field. (Experience of working in any public sector sports institution / body shall be preferred). Age: 22 – 35 years

26.    Cricket Coach    30    Former One Day / Test / T-20 International Cricket Player OR Cricket Coaching Course Level-I OR Level-ll qualified from Pakistan Cricket Board / or from any other Cricket Board of any country OR Former First Class 1 County Cricket Player. Age: No limit.

27.    Accommodation Officer    04    Intermediate from recognized Institution. Minimum 02 years experience in relevant field. (Experience of working in any public sector sports institution / body shall be preferred). Age: 22 – 33 Years

28.    Admin Officer    02    Intermediate from recognized Institution. Minimum 01 years experience in relevant field. (Experience of working in  any public sector sports institution / body shall be preferred). Age: 22 – 33 Years

29.    Store Keeper    02    Intermediate from recognized Institution. Minimum 02 year experience in relevant field. Age: 20

30.    Member Documentation Team    05    Intermediate from recognized Institution. Minimum 02 year experience in relevant field. Age: 20

31.    Office Assistant    10    Intermediate from recognized Institution. Minimum 02 year experience in relevant field. Age: 25 -35

32.    Skilled Computer Operator    25    Intermediate from recognized Institution with typing speed 40 w.p.m. Minimum 02 year experience in relevant field and Diploma in MS Office. Age: 25 – 35

33.    Semi Skilled Computer Operator    25    Matric from recognized Institution. Minimum 02 year experience in relevant field and Diploma in MS Office. Age: 18-35

34.    Assistant Area Manager    02    Intermediate from recognized Institution. Minimum 02 year experience in relevant field. Age: 20 – 40

35.    Chief Security Officer    01    Ex-Army Lt. Col/Major, having 20 years service experience in Armed Forces (alongwith Military Professional courses) commensurating rank. Age: 40-55.

36.    Security Officer / Sector Security In charge (Indoor)    01    Ex-Army Subedar Major, Minimum 25 Years Service. Military Professional courses commensurating rank. Age: 50-60 years.

37.    Security Warden    03    a.    Civil  Graduate and Computer Literate, Age: 20-35,  b.    Field Operator  Middle/Matric, Working experience with intelligence agencies, Age: 25-35,

38.    Supervisor    02    Naib Subedar Pak Army. Minimum 12 year experience in relevant field. Age: 40

39.    Electrician    10    Matric from recognized Institution. Minimum 02 year experience in relevant field and Diploma in Electrical. Age: 20 – 35 years

40.    Driver    08    Middle alongwith LTV License having 10 years experience OR HTV licence holder. Age: 31-50 years.

41.    Baildar / Labour    50    Literate,, Minimum experience 01 year. Age: 18-30 years.

42.    Chowkidar    25    Primary, Minimum experience 01 year. Age: 18-30 years

43.    Office Boy    30    Middle Minimum experience 01 year. Age: 18-30 years

INSTRUCTIONS TO APPLY.  

1.    All engagements shall be made purely on need basis for transitional period of 6 months, as interim arrangements only.

2.    The engagement of any person shall not create any right of temporary, contractual or permanent selection / recruitment.

3.    Number of required personnel can be increased or decreased or the whole engagements process can also be cancelled by the Board at any time without any prior notice.

4.    The Board has the right to accept or reject any application.

5.    Applicants must be domiciled in the Punjab.

6.    Application Form can be downloaded from National Testing Service (NTS) website (www.nts.org.pk)

7.    Candidates shall submit Application Form duly filled in along with prescribed test fee of on a prescribed Challan Form attached with the form, copy of CNIC and two recent passport size photographs directly to NTS through courier on the address mentioned on Application Form.

8.    Deposited Amount is non-refundable/non-transferable.

9.    Fee can be paid in any branch of UBL, HBL, MCB, or ABL on prescribed bank challan (attached with application form downloaded from NTS website.

10.    The Applications on a prescribed form along with attested copies of educational qualification CNIC, domicile and experience certificates must reach National Testing Service Pakistan, 1-E Street 46, Sector I-8/2, Islamabad latest by 20th February, 2016.

11.    No TA/DA shall be admissible.
