International Organization having its large office in Rawalpindi require the services of HR & Admin Manager
The person will be reporting to Director HR and responsible for all HR functions including Recruitment and Selection, Induction and Orientation, Training and Development, Compensation Management, Career Planning, Performance Management, Grievance Handling, HRIS. General Administrative matters. Should be well conversant with the application of all governing rules and regulations pertaining to Human Resources including prevalent Labor Laws.
