Position: Program Coordinator, Monitoring & Evaluations
Duty Station: Islamabad
Salary Range: (PKR 60,000/- to 70.000/- Per-month)
The candidate must have:
A Masters degree in Social Sciences or related fields. At least 6 years of relevant experience in the development sector. Knowledge and hands on experience of developing and implementing qualitative and quantitative monitoring & evaluation tools Knowledge of donor reporting requirements related to Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) and Result Based Management (RBM) Knowledge of data management and maintenance Knowledge of development of log frames and project planning tools Understanding of budget preparation and monitoring of budgets Good interpersonal communication and writing skills (English & Urdu) Ability and skills for multi- tasking Skills and ability to perform task with short time lines. Commitment and motivation to learn and grow. Willingness to travel all over Pakistan. Must have good computer related knowledge and skills. Sensitivity towards the issues related to gender, child sexual abuse and violence against women.
