AREA MANAGER EDUCATION
LOCATIONS: NAROWAL, SARGODHA and KASUR
TCF has partnered with the Punjab government for adoption of public schools with the aim to replicate TCF success in the public education sector.
The Citizens Foundation is looking for an Area Manager Education based in Narowal, Sargodha and Kasur
responsible for planning, organising and overseeing the delivery of quality education at the schools under their supervision.
Preferred candidate should be male or a female with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with at least 3-4 years of relevant experience in education management.
Transport will be provided to the selected candidates.
REGIONAL HR MANAGER – LAHORE
TCF is looking for a Regional HR Manager based in Region GSP-Lahore to ensure implementation of the strategy for recruitment, discipline, employee relations, compensation & benefits, morale and motivation, performance appraisals of faculty and non-faculty school staff.
Ideal candidate should have a HR degree from an accredited institution with relevant work experience of 3-4 years.
