Applications on prescribed forms are invited forthe following positions:

General Instructions:

1.    Candidates applying for more than one post shall submit separate application form for each post applied with required documents completed in all respects.

2.    Candidates are required to submit attested copies of their degrees, result cards, transcripts, certificates & domicile etc alongwith prescribed application forms in person or send by mail to the Registrar (AJ&K University).

3.    Candidates may obtain application forms from the office of Deputy Registrar (Meetings) University Chehla Campus, Muzaffarabad, Azad Kashmir,-13100 by producing Rs. 1000/- for the posts mentioned at Sr. No. 1 to 3 and Rs. 600/- for the posts mentioned at Sr. No. 4 to 7 on University Challan forms available at authorized branches of Habib Bank in Azad Kashmir OR by sending a bank draft of Rs. 1000/- for the posts mentioned at Sr. No. 1 to 3 and Rs. 600/- for the posts mentioned at Sr. No. 4 to 7 in favour of Director Finance & Planning, University of AJ&K. Muzaffarabad alongwith a large size self- addressed envelope affixed with Rs. 50/- postage stamps.

4.    Age limit shall not be applicable to in service university employees.

5.    In-service candidates must apply through proper channel by the due date otherwise their applications will not be entertained.

6.    The candidates applying for the posts of Electrical & Software Engineering must submit their PEC accreditation/ registration certificate.

7.    The services as a teacher in High Schools/ Embassy Schools/ Degree Colleges/ Cadet Colleges will not be counted as experience for appointment to a teaching post in the university.

8.    Preference will be given to AJ&K nationals.

9.    Applicants will be short listed through written testI NTS (where required) in their respective fields. Only top five candidates having 50% marks in NTS/ written test will be called for interview against one post.

10.    The University reserves the rightsof cancellation of advertised posts partially or totally.

11.    Application forms indicating the posts should reach the office of the Registrar, AJ&K University, Chellah Campus. Muzaffarabad latest by 13th February, 2017. Incomplete/ applications received after the due date will not be entertained.
