WATER AND SANITATION SERVICES COMPANY (WSSC) MINGORA SWAT

Water and Sanitation Services Company Swat has been established by Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and formally registered under Section 42 of the Companies Ordinance 1984 to provide integrated yet improved Drinking water, Sanitation and Solid waste management services in Tehsil Municipal Administration Area Babuzai Swat. WSSC Mingora Swat is looking for experienced, qualified, dynamic and forward looking human resource to fill the following positions.
1. Chief Financial Officer: (01 Position)
Candidate having degree in CA/ACCA/ACMA, a member of a recognized body of professional accountants with 05 years’ relevant experience or Master in Business Administration in Finance with 10 years’ service of relevant experience with illustrious track record. Shall adopt international financial reporting standards as notified by the SECP. Shall be responsible for ensuring appropriate advice to the management on all financial matters, keeping proper financial record and an effective system of internal financial control. Must have worked in public / private / corporate institutions / organizations and knowledge of GFR, FR/SRs, Treasury Rules and utilization of public funds / Grant in Aid etc. Must be good in computerized accounting packages, financial information system and job-allied matters. Those who have worked in an international organization or similar like entities will be given preference. Maximum age 50 years.
2. General Manager Engineering Services & Operations: (01 Position)
Minimum B.E/B.Sc. (Civil Engg), MS/MSc Eng. will be preferred. Minimum of 15 years’ post qualification relevant experience with at least 5 years of practical experience in Operations of Water Supply, Sanitation and Solid Waste Management. Prior working experience in management of municipal services, infrastructure and utilities and experience in international/National level set ups will be given preference. Candidate having innovative practices and out-of-the-box solutions in their past careershall be valued. Age not more than 55 Years.
3. Manager HR: (01 Position)
Candidate having Master’s in Business Administration with BBA (Hons) and specialization in Human Resources from reputed university, with 08 years of professional experience in Human Resources Management, Administration and Development of any public/development sector/corporate entity. Must have a working knowledge and be current with all relevant employment related laws. The candidates who have worked in an international organization, Public, corporate sector or similar like entities will be given preference. Maximum age45 years.
4. Manger Administration and Procurement: (01 Position)
Candidate having Master’s in Business Administration with BBA (Hons) and specialization in Finance from reputed university, with 08 years of professional experience in Procurement, Administration and Development of any public/development sector/corporate entity. Must have a working knowledge and be current with all Public Procurement Rules of goods and services. The candidates who have worked in an international organization, Public, corporate sector or similar like entities will be given preference. Maximum age45 years.
5. Manager Media & Communications: (01 Position)
Candidate having Master in Journalism, Mass Communications or Public Relations from accredited institution with at least 08 years of progressively responsible experience in active Media or Media Communication Section of any newspaper, public or development sector/corporate entity with proven record of developing awareness raising and development of material, newsletter, and other publications. The candidates who have worked in international organization or similar like entities and have good speaking and writing skills in English, Urdu and Pashto will be given preference. Maximum age 45years.
6. Senior System Analyst: (01 Position)
Candidate having minimum 16 years of education in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, System Engineering or any other relevant/equivalent field. The candidate must have at least 08 years of progressively responsible experience in the field of information systems/IT/IS project management, ERP development and implementation, network infrastructure etc. The candidates must have proven experience in Analyzing, Planning, Designing and Implementing IT/IS environment or solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers and have excellent knowledge of GIS and MIS. Candidates with PMP certification and any other certification (international) in the field of databases and/or networks will be preferred. Maximum age 45years.
