Eligibility Criteria
- Available for the entire fellowship duration (June 30 – August 29, 2025)
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in robotics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or related fields
- Exceptionally talented students in their final year of undergraduate studies from a leading university may also apply
- Expected graduation date must be January 2026 or later
- Must hold a valid passport (valid for at least 6 months after program completion)
- External researchers must have support from a RobotX faculty member and a research proposal draft before applying

- Get approval from the selected faculty member for your research proposal.
- Register and log in to the application portal.
- Fill out the online application form, providing all personal, academic, and professional details.

- Submit the required documents in a single PDF file (font size 12) in English.
