- Age: 16-35 years (for the Fully Funded Category), 18+ years (for other categories)
- Commitment: Must show strong commitment to social change
- Experience: Active involvement in social or educational activities, or have a clear vision for social change
- Documentation: Valid passport (National ID if passport is unavailable)
- Language Proficiency: No IELTS/TOEFL required
